We're an entertainment agency in Corby, Fine Entertainments Ltd, and we book booths from trusted partners rather than owning our own. That means we can look across several suppliers for your date and come back with options to suit the size of your guest list.
Big guest lists need the right kit
Athena on Queen Street hosts a lot of Asian weddings, and its Gallery and lounges can be opened up for very large receptions. With a few hundred guests, a single enclosed booth can end up with a queue snaking past the dance floor. An open-air booth or a 360 video booth moves people through faster and gives the room something to watch.
For a mehndi or sangeet night, a GIF or boomerang booth is a fun one. The clips go straight to phones and end up in the family group chat before the evening's out.
Magic mirrors and country house ballrooms
Winstanley House is a Grade II listed Georgian house in Braunstone Park, with two ballrooms of different sizes and in-house catering. A grand room like that suits a magic mirror, a full-length mirror screen that usually prints on the spot and can often be dressed to match your colours.
Mirrors take up a fair bit of wall space and look best with a backdrop or flower wall behind. If your decorator is doing a stage, ask them to leave a corner free.
Photo booth hire Leicester venues will ask questions about
Events at the King Power Stadium are run through the club's hospitality partner, Levy UK + Ireland, and the stadium takes events of up to around 650 guests, from weddings to Christmas parties. Large managed venues like this tend to have a set process for outside suppliers, with insurance and PAT certificates sent in ahead of time.
City-centre venues often have their own parking quirks. Athena has an on-site car park, with an NCP on Rutland Street opposite, which makes load-in simpler than at some smaller halls.
Getting the booth timing right
Long receptions are where booths earn their keep. You might want two blocks, one after the meal and one later on, or an extended hire that runs most of the evening. Extra hours usually cost more, so tell us your running order and we'll suggest what makes sense.
Props are worth thinking about too. Partners usually bring a box of them, but some families prefer to skip the novelty glasses when everyone's dressed up. Your call, and partners are used to both. You can ask for a quote for a Saturday at Winstanley House or a Sunday in Oadby and we'll take it from there.
