We're UK Photo Booth Hire, run by Fine Entertainments Ltd out of Corby, and we book booths from trusted partners across Hampshire and the south coast. You fill in one form and we come back with what's available and a price. Nothing's booked until you say yes.
Booths at Southampton conferences and work parties
At a conference or product launch, a booth can carry your branding. Custom print templates with a logo are common, and digital-only booths can send photos straight to phones by QR code, which suits a stand where people won't hang about. Our corporate photo booth hire page covers how that usually works.
Leonardo Royal Hotel Southampton Grand Harbour on West Quay Road handles large conferences and has a suite with harbour views. It's close to Southampton Central too, handy when colleagues are coming in by train.
Christmas parties are a different animal. Longer queues, more props, louder music. A booth with an attendant is usually worth it on a busy December night.
Waterfront rooms and the sea air
Harbour Hotel Southampton sits on the marina at Ocean Village and hosts weddings and private events with water views. Inside, a booth's no bother. Out on a terrace, think about wind, damp and where the cables will run.
For any waterside spot, keep the printer and electrics under cover, and pick an enclosed booth if the event drifts outdoors. Open-air setups are lovely on a still evening, though Southampton Water isn't always still.
Photo booth hire Southampton style, in the bigger rooms
Hilton Southampton Utilita Bowl, at the cricket ground in West End, has a large ballroom used for gala dinners, awards and weddings, with free parking for event guests. In a room that size, put the booth near the bar or dance floor or it gets forgotten.
Big rooms also suit a 360 photo booth, the spinning platform that films short slow-motion clips. It needs a decent clear circle around it, so check the floor plan before you commit.
Planning a booking around the city
Tell us where the event is, when the booth should run and roughly how many are coming. We look for partners who can reach Southampton itself and places close by such as Eastleigh, Hedge End and Totton.
Loading bays and lifts make for an easy setup. If your room is up a flight of stairs with no lift, say so on the form, because some booths are heavy and the crew will want to plan the carry.
December is the tight month. Office parties all chase the same Friday nights, so if your works do is fixed, sort the booth when you book the room rather than in late November.
